Spanish High School Study Abroad Program

Our Spanish high school study abroad program in Barcelona allows students ages 13 and up to spend either a semester or a full academic year attending a public or private Spanish high school. Students will experience the day-to-day reality of Spanish life and customs as they study and partake in extra-curricular activities alongside Spaniards their age. By living in an authentic cultural and linguistic environment, these teenagers will rapidly increase their understanding of Spanish society while making huge leaps on their way to becoming fluent speakers. It's a challenging, fun and extremely life-changing experience that enriches and enhances each participating student's personal development.

The Enforex high school study abroad program participant follows the same guidelines and duties as the rest of his/ her classmates and is treated as an equal peer. For this reason, the program requires that incoming students have an intermediate level (or higher) of Spanish. Teenagers will have the option of living with a Spanish host family or, if requested, in a student residence hall with full board. The school year is divided into 2 semesters: September to December and January to June.
