An exhibition of a collection of works by Raúl Martínez made from recycled rubbish which depict various sea creatures. The creatures are also fitted with motors so that they can move!

This exhibitions shows Picasso's artistic evolution until he took on the role of leader in the Parisian avant-garde and the trends and artists that influenced him. Cezanne, Rodin, Gauguin and Van Gogh are present, among others.

The photographer married, in 1956, Rosario, a gypsy from the Montjüic barracks, which allowed him to photograph the Barcelona gypsy community from the inside. Some 80 pictures, original negatives and vintage prints are exhibited.

The Catalan singer Big Mama is singing and playing her guitar in Barcelona with a repertoire that includes some of the best blues and swing songs in history.

Michael Franti is well known for his protest rap music due to his strong political emphasis on life. Together with his band Spearhead, they produce some great hip-hop and rap music.

This band has a completely unique sound which is based on hypnotic and violent sounds from the eighties era with a hardcore twist.

Garmin Barcelona Triathlon

Start at La Ma Bella beach, Finish at Arc de Triomf
The biggest triathlon in Spain which can be entered by anyone, regardless of your ability, will be held in October. This is the 4th edition of the event and should draw over 5000 people to the city.
